Location: Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center Over three transformative days, teens at the Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center were given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn and create a musical narrative with guidance from acclaimed bass Soloman Howard, members of the Cafritz Young Artists program, and musicians from the WNO Orchestra and Sound Impact, by channeling their personal experiences into a moving interpretation of Fidelio called “Free Flo.” Read more here.
